Snidely is well on his way in securing the electoral college in 2012! He has created an ISR committee to oversee all sailing and nautical progress on the Columbia river as well as all our nation's navigational waterways. While his campaign is ramping up across our nation, the ISR committee will send out top secret instructions on how to conduct the weekly operations of ISR.
